ELITE STUDY & LEADERSHIP PROGRAM IN THE US 2026

THE ART OF RESONANT LEADERSHIP IN THE NEW ERA

A 10-day flagship learning journey in the United States — created exclusively for Vietnamese entrepreneurs and business leaders living in the U.S.

‣ HARVARD UNIVERSITY & MIT (BOSTON)
‣ BLUE CLIFF MONASTERY (NEW YORK)

10 days

Aug 22 – 31, 2026

WHY DO SO MANY LEADERS KNOW SO MUCH — YET NEVER BREAK THROUGH?

After years working side by side with leaders at the very top of their fields, we keep coming back to one truth: the more successful you become, the easier it is to become a prisoner of the very playbook that got you there.

And now a new force is rewriting every playbook: artificial intelligence. Since AI became an everyday tool, the way we work — and how much we get done — has changed for good. The question is no longer whetherto use AI, but whether you can build the judgment to use it well enough to lead your organization through what’s coming.

78%

of organizations now use AI in at least one business function (McKinsey, State of AI 2025)

75%

of knowledge workers already use AI on the job (Microsoft Work Trend Index)

58%

of AI users say they’re producing work they couldn’t have a year ago (Microsoft)

The gap between leaders who know about AI and leaders who actually put it to work widens every single day. Technology moves fast — but in the end, it’s human instinct and inner steadiness that decide who breaks through. This program is built to align a leader’s three centers of power — HEAD, HEART, and HARA — so that what you learn (AI included) doesn’t just live in your head; it becomes who you are.

Knowledge that never leaves your head (HEAD)

You know you should delegate. But the moment pressure hits, your brain snaps back to the reflexes you built 20 years ago. Knowledge is just information — your reflexes are what actually run your life.

A heart that isn’t open enough (HEART)

We try to solve people problems with logic, but people are only ever led through empathy. When fear freezes the heart, you can’t connect — and you end up alone at the top.

No inner anchor (HARA)

You’ve got the vision (Head) and the drive (Heart), but you’re missing the steadiness (Hara) — the ground that keeps you calm in the storm. Without it, a single market shock can knock you off balance.

It is time
to break through and become innovative
& mindful leaders.

It’s time to break through — and become the rare leader who is both innovative and grounded.
